FAQs
It's defined by the results it creates
We're rebuilding the traditional agency model so it's fit for 2026. We work hard to reduce our overheads and pass that onto clients so they have more budget to put into ad spend. Our fees are super transparent, and retainers are fixed, so everyone is on the same page from day one.
It depends on a few variables, but before we go live with anything, we work with our partners to set expectations. We're committed to being transparent with our forecasting as it makes our job a lot harder if we're not, and it helps you understand where the opportunities are for the activity.
Nope. All of our clients are on rolling 30-day contracts, as there's nothing worse than being locked into a partnership that isn't working. It's probably more awkward for us, holding a client hostage, than it is for you if you're keen to leave.
Everyone likes to say they're different but agencies have a bad rep for promising the world and under-delivering. Our backgrounds aren't in agencies, so we approach things from a commercial point of view first and foremost. We should be delivering value, or we're just sapping your hard-earned revenue. We've also structured our business to deliver much better value than traditional agencies, which are often tied down by old, inflexible processes and overheads. This means you get more money to invest back into ads.
We are a fully resourced agency but we have a reliable network of specialists who we can bring in if we believe there is a benefit to client performance. We also have some great, trusted partners whom we can recommend to clients to save you the time looking.
This varies and we can help you forecast this before anything goes live. We suggest starting small and scaling up so we 'learn before we burn' so to speak. We don't charge a percentage of ad spend and have no minimum spend requirements so you can plan your media spend without any pressure.
It's up to you. Some of our clients want to be across everything and some are happy to leave it to us. We accommodate both, but part of the value we pass on to clients is by reducing unnecessary regular calls. This means we have more time to be working in the accounts.
We have various methods of working through any dips in performance. In the rare occasion that we don't believe that we can improve performance, we'll communicate that with our partners and allow them to make an informed choice about their marketing.
Of course, drop us a line and we'll give you their details.
This depends on each client, as we like to work around you. As a minimum, each client will receive a reporting dashboard that they can access and see performance as they wish.
I'm glad you asked! Get in touch via the form or email hello@tallerdigital.co.uk and we'll get back to you within a day.
