Mission E1, Europe's largest movement space, engaged us shortly after their launch to expand their customer base and promote their diverse offerings, including yoga and other movement classes led by world-class instructors. The goal was to position Mission E1 as a premier destination for movement enthusiasts while driving class sign-ups and brand awareness.

To achieve this, we implemented a strategic digital advertising campaign across Meta and Google platforms. Leveraging targeted ads, optimized content, and data-driven insights, we focused on attracting a global audience aligned with Mission E1's ethos of excellence and innovation in movement.

The campaign successfully amplified Mission E1's reach and established their brand presence, reinforcing their position as a leader in the movement space.

The Brief

Mission E1, Europe’s largest movement space, brought us on board to accelerate their growth with a tailored digital advertising strategy. A key focus was launching an always-on Meta ads campaign to promote their exclusive new visitor offer, driving initial sign-ups and fostering long-term engagement.

In addition, we were tasked with running targeted Meta campaigns to highlight guest teachers and their specialized classes, as well as increasing visibility for their in-house restaurant to enhance the overall customer experience. To complement this, we implemented Google Search campaigns aimed at capturing high-intent audiences actively searching for movement classes, yoga, and related activities, ensuring strong conversion rates and audience growth.

This integrated approach positioned Mission E1 as a premier destination for movement enthusiasts while maximizing engagement across their brand offerings.

Created a market-leading welcome offer: To stand out in London’s crowded and competitive market, we developed an attention-grabbing welcome offer designed to appeal directly to our target audience and set the brand apart from competitors.

To support the new acquisition offer, we launched a strategic Google Search campaign aimed at capturing high-intent searches such as "yoga classes Shoreditch" and "yoga studios East London." By targeting users actively looking for relevant services, we ensured our ads reached individuals most likely to convert, driving qualified traffic to the brand’s website.

Refining with Precision: Phrase Match Keywords
Our strategy focused on using phrase match keywords to strike the right balance between reach and relevance. By closely monitoring performance data, we identified and removed keywords that didn’t align with campaign goals. This iterative approach allowed us to refine the campaign, ensuring optimal performance as momentum built over time.

Maximizing Reach with a Multi-Channel Strategy
By running Google Search in conjunction with Meta campaigns, we implemented a multi-channel approach that engaged the audience across various stages of their purchase journey. While Google Search captured high-intent users ready to take action, Meta helped build awareness and engagement further up the funnel. The Results

Our approach has delivered a consistent and reliable flow of new customers all year round for Mission. Since launch, as of December 24, we've seen over 1500 new customers walk through the door using this hero offer. Many of these go on to be fully paying members and engage with the broad range of specialist classes on offer.

This hs allowed Mission to dominate in East London and make a name for themselves globally within the industry.
